- Led the design of SiDLY Health, a mobile app tailored for elderly telecare users.
- Integrated an AI assistant into the internal ERP system to streamline support operations.
- Conducted in-depth UX research with seniors and paramedics to inform design decisions.
- Currently designing a caregiver-centric web platform to enhance day-to-day workflows.

- Supported R&D efforts by contributing design ideas and user insights.
- Created packaging designs and event roll-ups for SiDLY Vital Care product launch
